Security Directorate Report
"Final Report of the Security Directorate of Tyrol for the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs" on the search for Duncan MacPherson. The original German language report was forwarded to the Canadian Embassy in Vienna in October of 1989. The Embassy sent the above translation to the MacPhersons in January of 1990. Note the assertion in the top paragraph that "the snowboard and boots that Duncan MacPherson rented on 09 August 1989 have been returned."
